“The Orient Express is hurtling down the tracks… to a murder! With a train full of suspects and an alibi for each one, it’s the perfect mystery for detective Hercule Poirot.”
Music Inspired by John Williams’ Call of the Champions written for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Themes include heroic music for Poirot, travel music for the train ride, tension and mystery for the murder, and plenty of train sounds, snowstorms, and radio static in for good measure.
Review: Clarence Brown Theatre’s ‘Murder on the Orient Express’ – A First Class Ride…And, I was really impressed with Sound Designer Joe Payne’s marvelous subliminal music and effects that underlined mystery plot points. – Alan Sherrod, Arts Knoxville Article Link
